Artwork Archive is a mature, long-established platform. That kind of track record takes time to build, and we don't have it yet.
Sub-locations, provenance, loan tracking, appraisals, consignment reports, and multiple user seats on their higher plans. For a collection, gallery, or institution, that is real depth we haven't built and aren't trying to.
Artwork Archive can send invoices and take payment through PayPal. We do neither, and that is a deliberate choice rather than a gap we're closing: the artist Viewroom is written for is the one preparing a dossier for a gallery, a curator, or a collector, and in that setting the invoice is usually issued from the other side of the table. If you want to take payment yourself, Artwork Archive already does it.
WordPress, Squarespace, and web embeds pull their public profile straight into an existing website. We don't offer that today.
