Any reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorization of the publisher, is forbidden and constitutes counterfeiting under Articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Works published by Viewroom users remain the exclusive property of their authors. They are never used by the publisher beyond the strict scope necessary for the operation of the subscribed service — see ToS §4 and Privacy Policy.

5. Disputes

This Legal Notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after any attempt at amicable resolution has failed, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
